Training & Conference Rooms

KEEPING on top of new developments in business is vital in a competitive market. Your staff needs to be encouraged, motivated and kept up to speed with current thinking and good practice. But in-house training doesn’t always work in house.

conference roomThere are times when you need a space that is fit for purpose, designed by trainers for business. Here are just a few details to consider when you are looking around for a conference centre or training rooms in which to hold that important meeting or run that essential course.

Is the area spacious and flexible enough for your needs?

Is it designed for creativity as well as functionality?

Is the technology as state of the art as you would wish with, eg: high quality audio visual equipment, large screens and free WiFi?

Ambient lighting is important – and so is natural daylight; it aids concentration, lessens the likelihood of headaches and helps keep tiredness at bay.

A room with a view might be all very well on holiday but in a learning environment the fewer distractions the better.

It might be for just a couple of hours or you might need the space for a few days, whatever your requirements make sure that good quality refreshments are available to order in advance.

Look for a venue that has ergonomically-designed furniture – whether the attendees are employees, delegates or clients, you don’t want them leaving your well-planned event suffering from back problems!
