Ian Roper has left Luton Town for Blue Square Premier rivals Kettering Town on a free transfer.

The 32-year-old denfender joined the Hatters last season from Walsall where he made over 300 apearances.
He became a fan favourite at Kenilworth Road despite a shakey start to the season, making 19 appearances and scoring three goals.
But the centre-back was edged out of the first team towards the end of the campaign and played no part in Town's Johnstone's Paint Trophy win.
Roper watched his new team-mates take on Queens Park Rangers in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday.
He said: "I had another year's option at Luton but I spoke to the manager [Mark Cooper] here last week and he sold the club to me."
