The weather-forced postponement of last weekend's trip to Forest Green Rovers has given Luton manager Gary Brabin's band of walking wounded a chance to recover in time for tomorrow's home league clash with Tamworth (3pm).
Keith Keane has been afforded more time to nurse himself back into contention after a hamstring injury while Charlie Henry has been training following his run- out against Kidderminster in the FA Trophy ten days ago.
Youngster Alex Lacey has also recovered from a stomach illness, while Danny Crow, Aaron O'Connor and Craig McAllister are all available for the visit of Marcus Law's Lambs.
Brabin said: "There is always a plus side when games get called off and the plus for us has been with people struggling with injuries because it's given them a bit more of a break to recover.
"It's been nice seeing them on the training ground a bit more often."
But two players that will not feature tomorrow are top goalscorer Amari Morgan-Smith and winger James Dance.
"He's [Morgan-Smith] just starting his light rehab and is a long way off joining us in training," Brabin said, adding: "We won't put any pressure on him. We've just got to get him right and hopefully up to speed so he can be a big asset for us in our promotion push.
"James is injured. He has seen specialists for an ankle problem. It's not been getting any better so we are waiting to see how severe that is and will wait on the reports."
Preparations for the Tamworth clash have still been hit by last week's cold snap, despite the climate warming up since.
The Hatters boss said: "Officially, our first normal day was yesterday. We'd been training on the third generation [pitch] and it's not ideal preparation but it's a nice change.
"I'm sure most teams all over the country have done exactly the same but we are pleased with what we've done, how the lads have reacted and we are looking forward to playing games.
"Hopefully we are over the worst of it [the weather]. It's a bit of a nightmare for football all round."
Town beat the Lambs 3-1 on the road before Christmas and though they've only won once in the Blue Square Bet Premier since, they did frustrate league leaders Fleetwood in their last outing with a 2-2 draw.
"I went to the game," revealed Brabin. "It was a frustrating game for Fleetwood and Tamworth made it hard for them.
"Like I keep saying, there are no easy games in this league.
"I've spoken with their manager [Law] and they are frustrated with some of the injuries they've had this season and thought that they'd be a lot better than they have been this year.
"They did well in the FA Cup, narrowly got beaten by Everton and it does the league a good service when you've got teams like that doing well in the cup.
"They also got a good result at Fleetwood. They are a team of spoilers but they have got some good players and a young manager who is getting the best out of his players.
"I'm sure they'll want to avenge the result that we got down there."
