Ampthill Town marched on in the South Midlands League Division One Cup after a third round 4-2 home win over Buckingham Athletic.
It was the second time in two weeks that the Bedfordshire side had sent a visiting Ath outfit home empty handed after a 3-1 league triumph earlier this month.
Lea Coulter was on the scoresheet that day and the striker got Town off to a flier on seven minutes and by half time Christian Lester had netted twice to put the hosts into a 3-0 lead.
Adam Bone pulled a goal back for Buckingham after the inteval but Kyle Durcan restored the three-goal cushion in the 84th minute.
Josh Hooper scored another for Ath late on but it was merely a consolation
Elsewhere in the competition, Bedford FC were dumped out 4-1 at home to county rivals Crawley Green.
Vinnie Shrieves struck for all of the goals for the Luton side to with the first of the match four minutes before the break.
Bedford would level just before the hour through Keith Thomas but they were only on terms for a minute as Shrieves fired in again.
He completed his hat-trick on 84 minutes and then claimed his fourth deep into stoppage time.
