Ten man Bedford come a cropper in Cornwall

Struggling Bedford Town have only one win in nine now as they slumped to another defeat to mid table Truro, seeing them move even closer to the relegation zone.

Bedford took the lead through Callum Lewis after he finished Junior McDougald's flick.

But by half-time the visitors had turned the game on its head after scoring two goals.

Truro's second goal saw Bedford slump in the second period.

The Cornish outfit dominated as Bedford had little opportunities, with McDougald coming closest but his effort went over the bar.

Bedford hope to improve their form against Rugby Town on Tuesday night at home.
