Two men have been found guilty of public order offences for their part in the trouble at last year’s Royal Anglian Regiment homecoming parade.

Bryan Kelso and Kevin Carroll, both from Luton, were given nine month conditional discharges on Friday after the disruption in the town centre exactly a year ago today.

Both Kelso, 27, of Hartley Road, and Carroll, 40, of Bollingbroke Road, were ordered to pay £175 costs at Luton Magistrates’ Court. Outside the court eight people gathered ‘in support’ of the pair.
