Summer fun

Summer holiday fun
Cecil Higgins Art Gallery and Bedford Museum
All Summer

Families can while away the holiday hours this summer - at a museum and art gallery.

There are free activities for children and families throughout the gallery and museum as well as a host of bookable and drop-in holiday activities to join in with all through the summer break.

On Wednesdays the museum will be holding activities for three to five year olds.

On Thursdays there are activities for five to seven year olds in the morning and eight plus in the afternoon.

On Fridays everyone can come along and join-in with the family drop-in days.

For full listings and booking details visit www.cecilhigginsartgallery.

Summer Fete
Kimbolton Lodge, Bedford July 31, 2-5pm

A steel band and a fashion show are just a couple of the attractions on offer. It is hoped that enough money will be raised to take the residents out for the day.

A gentle Sunday walk

Put on your walking shoes and join park rangers for a gentle walk to hear how the Forest of Marston Vale was set up.

The two-hour walk will keep to hard surfaced tracks in the park, which are mostly level.
