Sir - As a council taxpayer for over 35 years I am once again annoyed that services within Bedford take priority over those of the nearby villages.
Over the last 12 months the bus routes have not been salted despite the leaflet giving details of the road salting plan showing they will be. One of the main reasons why schools are being closed is because of concerns for the safety of pupils.
