Jane Thornhill - The Cutting Mill

Aromatherapy, Sunbeds and Feather Extensions

Hair extensions are becoming the norm!  Whether bonded or clipped in they're a great way to get the look you want right NOW.

We're looking into FEATHER extensions too and it's all about texture this season. If you'd like a consultation call us on 01767 650250.

Aromatherapy..... our in -salon aromatherapy  expert Judith Howie recommends we stock up on warming aromatic oils such as eucalyptus and tea tree for the forthcoming  cold months ahead. Comforting and beneficial to our respiratory systems on cold nights and frosty mornings.

Sunbeds.......despite it's often, but not always, bad press the 'stand up' sun shower is still in demand.  We offer a maximum of 5 x 8 minute sessions per week for a month for £60. I have 2 x 8 minute sessions per week and wear sun block on my face everyday.  Through the winter when daylight is short I look forward to my 2 sessions of sunshine. This maintains an even glow all over and the light is therapeutic for me. We have clients who use it specifically to avoid S.A.D. The UV lights also relieve some psoriasis and acne sufferers.

the cutting mill gamlingay perm The hot start to October brought in an unexpected stampede of short haircuts! We were using tea tree and mint shampoo to cool off and invigorate hot scalps and hot collars.
