A FRIEND returns from a trip to Lisbon. He tells me they were getting very anxious about getting back as there had been no flights at all on Monday, due to the volcanic ash cloud.
But today the Pope is visiting Lisbon and he flew in, so they could fly out. Obviously divine intervention had parted the cloud.
