It is wonderful to see so many youngsters out at Bedford Autodrome at the schools’ motor grand prix.
Dr Jonathan Palmer, who is behind the event, is a very busy man. But there was nothing that was going to keep him from sharing in the kids’ big day even though it meant him flying in by helicopter from his home to Bedford, then off to Brands Hatch for business, then back to Bedford and finally to Brands Hatch again. Sounds like he should get a medal, too.
