Three pubs from Bedfordshire flew the flag for the county by claiming awards at a ceremony organised by Charles Wells Pub Company.
‘The Eagle Star Awards’ recognise the best people and pubs within the Charles Wells estate.
Bedfordshire pubs recognised at the awards were The King William IV in Kempston, The White Horse in Bedford and The Devonshire Arms in Bedford.
After welcoming all of the winners on stage to claim their awards, Peter Wells, Managing Director of Charles Wells Pub Company said “All our finalists demonstrated a passion and commitment to outstanding standards in pub retailing. The one defining factor is the role of the licensees and there are some exceptional people running our pubs.”
